Shipping
Shipping charges are dependent on recipient location, courier, and package weight. We ship internationally out of our

Repairs and Services
All repairs and services are done in our New York office. If you are sending a machine back for repair or servicing, please email sales@bellaireindustry.com first for information. Be sure to include:
Conditions in which the warranty is voided include but are not limited to: damage caused by incorrect usage (plugging the wrong power adapter into the device, using needle cartridges not intended for the device, misuse and/or neglect), removing or tampering with the serial number, and using the device in unsuitable conditions (i.e. water damage caused by excess moisture).

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, full priced items in original condition may be returnable for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. All product contents including documents (manual, protocols, etc) must be returned for a full refund of the product cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning item(s). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not issue refunds for devices that have been tampered with or misused. We do not accept returns of opened skin care products or needle cartridges.
