Do not use other brands of needle cartridges with our devices. Other needle cartridges will damage the cartridge locking mechanism of your device. This will make placing on needle cartridges very difficult and may cause the cartridge to dislodge during use.

Device barrier sleeves
During treatments, excess serums, moisture, or skin care products may slide down the pen and enter the device, corroding the motor and/or internal components. To help minimize and avoid this, use a thin layer of serum on the surface of the skin during treatments. Plastic barrier sleeves should be used on permanent makeup pens to help protect the device. |
